Dimensions SMS Privacy Notice

Pre-launch program notice · October 3, 2026

For the planned Dimensions SMS program, Dimensions.FM LLC will collect your phone number, optional name and a record of your explicit SMS consent, including the disclosure, time and signup source. We will maintain opt-out and delivery records to operate the program and honor your choices.

We use messaging providers, including Twilio and mobile carriers, to deliver texts and process opt-outs. They receive only the information needed to perform these services.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with other artists, businesses or third parties for their own marketing.

The Dimensions pilot subscription will not subscribe you to any artist's SMS list. Artist programs will require separate explicit consent and separate sender numbers.

We retain consent and opt-out records to administer the subscription and honor suppression requests. Contact support@dimensions.fm to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Reply STOP to the sending number to stop messages.

This evidence site is a demonstration only. It does not store submitted information or enroll subscribers. SMS enrollment and sending will remain disabled until registration approval and launch.
